The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.
SASSA might be rendering solutions for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regard to the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This really here is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company stage made for intervention experiences a large inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it hard with the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional resources to allow the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
